why giraffes have long neck - pomoc z angielskiego

witam :) mam prośbę :) z angielskiego jestem dosyć kiepska :/ a mamy zadaną pracę domową: napisać opowiadanie "dlaczego żyrafy mają długie szyje?" opowiadanie to ma być jak jakaś bajka czy coś takiego oczywiście coś tam napisałam ale nie wiem czy to wogóle jest dobrze :( jeżeli możecie to sprawdzcie mi to- proszę

A long, long time ago in Africa lived small giraffe name's Nirvana. As all giraffes she feed green plant, but her favourite food was leaves with bush.
One day in sawanna, where lived giraffes reign drought. The plants wither. Nourishment is lacking and as result giraffes begin die. In sawanna was one kind tree, which wasn't need water. However leaves on the tree were very high. Giraffes despair.
Nirvana was sitting on the edge dry out river and cry. In this way arrive to her colorful, beautiful butterfly.
- Can I help you?- he said.
- I am very angry, my family too... Leaves grow on the tall tree. All were killed.
Suddenly on the sky appear colourful rainbow, which on every giraffes fall magic dust.
The giraffes begin to growing neck... it do more and more long, as result giraffe's heard can reach leaves were finding on the tall trees.
Ever since giraffes have long necks and not any more food is in short supply, becouse they can reach there, where they need.

As the result giraffes did not have anything to eat so they began dying.
There was only one kind of tree on the savanna that did not need water to live. However it was too tall, and its leaves were unattainable for the giraffes. They become despaired.

Nirvana was sitting on the bank of a dried up river and crying plaintively.
Then a beautiful, colourful butterfly approached to her:
- Can I help you?- he asked.
- I am very hungry, my family too... - she answered with tears in her eyes - Leaves grow on the tall tree. We are all going to die (wszyscy umrzemy)!
Suddenly a colourful rainbow appeared in the sky, and a magic dust fell on all the giraffes. Afterwards, their necks began getting longer and longer. As the result the giraffes were finally able to reach leaves growing high.

Ever since giraffes have had long necks. It is not a problem for them to find their food any more, because they can reach wherever they want.

I bardzo prosiłabym o ponowne przepisanie po sprawdzeniu przez nauczyciela tych zdań, w których zrobiłam jakiś błąd... Choć nie powinien ich znaleźć wielu... :wink:
