It's good you want to improve you language skills. First, learn something about tenses. You can also learn some basic words. The most important thing is to communicate in english. It's the most effective way to master your skills. Don't worry of mistakes you make. Everyone who know the language knows how it is when you start.

can you little english ? i suppose u meant you can speak english. wont is synonym of unwilling. the form of appropriate use of want is I want to do something. After want to you use infinitive. for instance : I want to learn. And surely you haven't got, or don't have bases. foundations sounds better than bases. Greedings
