Letter of complaint
Dear Sir or Madam,
I want to express my strong dissatisfaction with a laptop that I purchased in your shop one month ago.
First of all, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that I had to wait for a delivery almost two weeks. I sent an e-mail describing this problem but I did not obtain any reply.
To make matters worse, the batteries are missing and I cannot check whether the laptop works. Moreover, the screen has two scratches.
Taking into consideration all the troubles I experienced, I am convinced I can expect a full refund. I hope this matter will be resolved as soon as possible.

noo juz nie dlugo ferie :) ja mam akurat 3 tyg wolnego i bede siedziala i sie nudzila... chociaz w sumie cos tam juz zaplanowalam;p
