I am writing in response to your advertisement which I read last Tuesday in newspaper "The New York Times" about property for sale. I am going to buy a big apartment. I found this type of building in your advertisement, so I am very interested in the details and I have some questions.
Could you tell me how far is the nearest bus stop, underground station or any other center public transport and local shop?
I would like to know how many are rooms in the apartment and is it furnished? I would like to know is a TV in living room if so, how big it is? Is microwave in kitchen?
Can you tell me what kind of sports I can practice in the nearest area? What are the types of entertainment in the nearby my apartment? I look forward to hearing from you.
