Podczas niedawnego pobytu w Wielkiej Brytanii mieszkałeś w hotelu, lecz pokój który zajmowałeś nie spełnił twoich oczekiwań.Napisz list ze skargą.W liście:

*opisz 2 zastrzeżenia odnośnie pokoju, w którym gościłeś.
*napisz dlaczego problemy z pokojem zepsuły ci cały wyjazd,oraz jakiej oczekujesz rekompensaty
*wyjaśnij dlaczego nie skontaktowałeś się z adresatem jeszcze podczas pobytu i dodaj, że oczekujesz szybkiej odpowiedzi.

I am writing to comaplain about the conditions in your hotel. Before I came there I was assured that my visit would be nice and quiet. Unfortunately it was not true. I was very dissatisfied, because everything I had read in the leaflet with information about this place was exaggerated.
I have a long list of my complaints. First of all, in my bathroom there was no soap and towels. Not only was it uncomfortable but also unhygienic. Secondly, the food was not good. Never before had I eaten such a tasteless meal.
Lastly, the bed was uncomfortable - I could not fall asleep until two o'clock and when I finally did it, I was awoken by a not very friendly ghost. He was shaking chains and making rude noises. Next day I had a headache, because of that.
I expeet a full refund of the cost of the room. I would be greatefull for a prompt replay.

Before I came there I was assured that my visit would be nice and quiet. Unfortunately it was not true. I was very dissatisfied, because everything I had read in the leaflet with information about this place was exaggerated.
