Yestarday I got at website and I loking advertisement about scholarship.
I writing because I would like collect scholarschip. I attened a high school in London.I have experience of baby-sitter because I have four younger sisters and one oldrer bruder.I do not a full education. My level of english is elementary. Two years ago I watched documentary films about Scotland thats was very nice I was fascinated living people in scotland and they culture.
From two years ago I am very intrested in Scotland because this is very beauty country. I deserves on this scholarschip because I am very ambitious i like learn about Scotishculture and I have heavy sytuation financial because my parents are unemployed. I have hope that my arguments are sufficient to get this scholarschip.

*cel listu, jak dowiedzialeś sie o tym stypendium
* opisz krotko swoje wykształcenie i poziom znajomości jezyka angielskiego
*wyjaśnij jak długo i dlaczego interesujesz sie szkocją
* przekonaj organizatorów, dlaczego zasługujesz na stypendium, podaj dwa powody.
praca powinna zawierać 120-150słow( format matura 3/158)

Poprawiłem trochę to co napisałeś. Proponowałbym jednak popracować nad nim trochę.
No i pamiętaj, że ja też popełniam błędy więc poradź się też innej osoby.

Yesterday when I was searching Internet I found a website with an advertisement of scholarships in Scotland.
I am writing to you because I would like to apply for the scholarship. I have attended a High School in London. I have gained experience as baby-sitter having to take care of my four younger sisters and one older brother. I don't have full education and my English level is elementary.
Two years ago I've seen documentary films about Scotland that I found very interesting. I was fascinated with people living in Scotland and their culture. Since then my interest in this country grew even more, fallowed by the admiration of it's beauty.
I hope that the arguments I provided are sufficient for me to receive the scholarship. I am very ambitious person, I like to learn about Scottish culture and also because my current financial status is very difficult. My parents are unemployed.

Nie pisałabym "Dear Committee" tylko standardowo "Dear Sir/Madam".
"Sincerely yours"
Zakończenie "Yours sincerely" stosuje się TYLKO wtedy kiedy rozpoczynasz list imiennie, np. "Dear Mr Brown".

Ze zdania rozumiem, że jeszcze jej nie ukończył.

and one elder brother (może też być older, ale jeśli mówisz o rodzinie, lepiej wpisać elder)

W listach nieformalnych nie używa się form ściągniętych.

Napisałabym "basic".

Zauważyłam u Ciebie ogromny problem z present perfect. Pamiętaj: NIGDY nie używa się present perfect jeśli określasz w zdaniu moment w przeszłości. Powinno być: Two years ago I saw...
"Since then my interest in this country grew even more"
A tu znowu powinien być present perfect skoro używasz "since". "Since" i "for" są słówkami charakterystycznymi dla czasów perfect.

Literówka.
"it's beauty"
"It's" nie jest tym samym co "its". It's = It is, czyli w dosłownym tłumaczeniu: To jest.

Albo: arguments mentioned above

Zjadłeś przedimek.
Zdanie o rodzicach jest zupełnie niepotrzebne.
